2. What data we collect
- Email address that you enter on the entry page, together with the date and time, whether you chose to receive our news, and the version of this policy you agreed to.
- Order data (name, address, email, ordered items) if you buy something.
- Technical data that our web server automatically records (IP address, browser, time of access) and a cookie that remembers that you have entered the shop.
3. Why we use it
- To give you access to the shop (basis: your consent).
- To send you news and product drops, only if you ticked the optional newsletter box (basis: your consent).
- To process and deliver orders (basis: contract).
- To run and secure the website.
4. Who receives your data
Our hosting provider cyon GmbH (Switzerland), payment providers Stripe and TWINT for payments, and the newsletter service [name of service, if used]. We do not sell your data.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you withdraw your consent. Order data is kept as long as legally required (generally 10 years for accounting records).
6. Your rights
You can ask us at any time for access to, correction or deletion of your data, and you can withdraw your consent by writing to cc@erasports.ch or by using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter. If you are in the EU/EEA you may also complain to your local data protection authority. In Switzerland this is the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch).
7. Cookies
We use one functional cookie that remembers that you have entered the shop. It is not used for tracking.
